General Policy
At Digital Agency Business, we stand behind the quality of our courses, events, and services. Our refund policy varies by product type to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business.
M&A Mastery Course
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the M&A Mastery Course. If you are not satisfied with the course content, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course material.
To request a refund, email us at support@digitalagencybusiness.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Live Events & Labs
Refund eligibility for live events depends on timing:
More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus $50 processing fee
15-30 days before event: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to another person or receive a credit for a future event
Mastermind Program
The Mastermind program requires a one-year commitment. Refunds are available within the first 30 days of enrollment, minus any costs incurred for events, materials, or services already provided. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your membership to another qualified individual with our approval.
Advisory Services
Advisory and coaching services are non-refundable once sessions have been scheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be considered used and no refund or credit will be provided.
Digital Resources & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all downloadable resources, templates, and tools are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
Violation of our Terms of Service
Abuse of the refund policy
Requests made after the eligible refund period
Services that have been fully delivered
