What's the time commitment?
One 90-minute call per month and ad-hoc deal review calls, plus yearly in-person retreat.
How many people are in the mastermind?
We cap it at 15-20 members to ensure everyone gets meaningful attention and connection.
Is travel included in the $55K?
Accommodations, food, materials, and activities at the yearly in-person retreat are included in the cost. You just pay for the flight to get you to the location.
Can I join if I haven't done a deal yet?
Yes, but you must be actively working toward your first acquisition. This isn't for passive learners.
What if I'm already doing $10M+?
The mastermind is for operators at all stages of portfolio building. Many members are $5M–$20M+.
