About Dom
Most recently, I was co-founder and Group CEO of a UK-based marketing services group, where I led a buy-and-build journey, raising private equity and venture debt, acquiring and integrating multiple agencies, and managing the realities that come with growth, including governance, incentives, culture, earn-outs, and restructuring.
I’m particularly focused on the practical side of scaling: how strategy survives contact with reality, how operating models either enable or suffocate growth, and how leadership teams build accountability without creating bureaucracy.

Earlier than you think. The best time is before you send an LOI or spend money on full diligence — when structure, risk, and deal momentum are still in your control. If you already have a live deal, we can jump in immediately and triage what matters most first.
Typically: weekly calls, live deal reviews, document/LOI feedback, diligence prioritization (so you don’t burn time and fees), negotiation prep, and integration planning. You’ll also get access to DAB tools/templates and referrals to the right specialists (legal, tax, lending) when needed.
